Dialogues are few and most of the film takes place in silence, the one and only theme music is the background for the scroll by scenes from the life of the city. The film then leaves us alone with a clean image, is a return to roots and the nature of the arts. When you deprive of us of sound, dialogue, all this excrescence, is we are alone with the very essence of what the movie: an ordered collection of paintings. In the film, Webber enjoyed these pictures on the most fundamental and original way: your charming delight, sober beauty.
